My child wants to play with their friend(s), can they be on the same team?
The best way to ensure they're together is to register as a team! An Organiser (Parent) can submit the Team Registration by visiting www.action6.com.au/juniors.
What are the age groups that can play?
Mixed: U7s & U8s
Mixed: U9s & U10s
What time are the weekly games played?
Games are played in 45 minute intervals and are shared amongst all teams throughout our 7 Week Competition. Weekly game times vary and are 4:30pm / 5:15pm & 6:00pm. *All registered players receive Weekly Game Time Reminders — directed to the email used upon Registration.
How long is each game?
Our weekly games are 2 x 20 minute halves (2 minute break) — 40 minutes total.
What happens if games are cancelled due to wet weather?
Team Organisers (Parent who Registered) are notified via text message by 3:00pm regarding postponed games. In the event of wet weather cancellations, the Season is pushed back an additional week. *Postponed games will be played at the same time — against the same team, the following week.
Is there insurance?
Yes, we have both Public Liability and Personal Accident Insurance. Please email nathan@action6.com.au if you wish to source our Certificate of Currency.
Are soccer boots allowed?
It is advised for all players to wear studded boots — this will ensure all players maintain sufficient grip & avoid slipping.
Does my child need to wear shin guards?
Yes! We encourage all players to wear protection prior to taking part on the field.
Does the Venue Manager have First Aid & a Blue Card?
Yes! All Venue Managers have current First Aid, CPR & Working With Children Accreditations. It is important to note that all children must still have parental supervision when attending each game.
